Terms and Conditions1. Any person is certificated to be FoodWise member with any purchasing at FoodWise retail shop or eShop.
2. Applicants must take the initiative to provide true and accurate personal contact information to the Company, include or / and e-mail addresses for future members of the Company for the handling membership issues. Failure to provide the required information or inaccurate information provided, the Company may make it impossible to verify the identity and because failure to provide relevant services and benefits of membership, the applicant will be unable to make timely access to relevant offers.
3. To ensure super e member receiving the promotional offers and discounts, members may be requested to supplement or provide us with their complete and accurate personal data, including but not limited to their membership card ID, name, phone number, email address, birthday information and address.
4. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any claim, demand, liability or action resulting from customer/member's omission, neglect and/or failure to supply us with your updated information, or from the accuracy and completeness of those data.
5. Members are certificated to earn Wise Dollar with any transaction. Earn Wise Dollar $1 for every HK$100 spent on our website. Each Wise Dollar $1 you earned can be used as HK$1.
6. Wise Dollar, earned by each transaction, is valid for 12 months. (e.g. Member earned Wise Dollar $10 on 31 Dec 2020, that $10 will be invalid after 31 Dec 2021)
7.The following listed ineligible transactions are not applicable to earn Wise Dollar:
7.1. Transactions with discounted products;
7.2. Transportation fee for delivery;
7.3. Transactions which are found to be fraudulent.
8. Transactions which are eventually cancelled, refunded or unposted are excluded for earning Wise Dollar.
9. Except where otherwise specified, Wise Dollar is neither transferable nor redeemable for cash.
10. Any use of Wise Dollar is subject to by any terms and conditions related to Wise Dollar, including promotion campaign.
11. Wise Dollar accumulated will be cancelled when your member account is terminated.
12. We will determine the elightility of all Wise Dollar rewards based on transaction records held by us. In case of any disputes, our records shall be final and conclusive.
13. Members should be responsible for the maintenance and use of their membership account. FoodWise is not responsible for any loss incurred from stolen or loss of membership card.
14. Member should notify us immediately, if there is any problem of using member account, by calling the Customer Service Hotline (852) 2825 2825 (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm, Saturday, 9am-1pm).
15. Reminders of member benefits, promotions or relate member information will be sent to members via email, SMS, phone, mail or other channel. Members should provide valid email address and mobile phone number to avoid missing out on important notices.
16. FoodWise is not responsible for any case of undelivered email messages or notifications.
17. FoodWise is not responsible for any loss of loyalty points due to technological or system problems.
18. We reserve the rights to suspend, terminate or change details of Wise Dollar related terms and conditions and without prior notice. In case of any disputes, we our decision shall be final and conclusive.
19. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, such invalidity and unenforceability shall not affect the remainder of the Terms and Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
20. All terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR and members agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the territory.
21. All data of FoodWise member is managed by FoodWise Retail Shop.
22. In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
